At PrimeBuild, customer satisfaction and product transparency are our top priorities. We aim to provide genuine and quality-tested GPUs, PC parts, and gaming hardware to every customer.

To ensure fair claims and protection for both buyers and sellers, customers are strictly advised to record a proper uncut unboxing video while opening the package.

Important Refund & Claim Conditions:

  • A clear and uncut unboxing video is mandatory for any refund, replacement, or damage claim.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and the complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • Claims without a proper uncut unboxing video may not be accepted.

Refunds will only be applicable if:

  • The product arrives physically damaged during shipping.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is completely dead on arrival (DOA).

Refunds or replacements will NOT be applicable in cases of:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Mishandling, accidental damage, water damage, burns, or improper installation.
  • Damage caused during customer-side modifications.
  • Missing original packaging or accessories.

Once the issue is verified and approved, the refund process may take approximately 5–7 working days to reflect in the customer’s original payment method.

PrimeBuild reserves the right to inspect and verify every claim before approving refunds or replacements.
